On-wert GmbH prepares real estate appraisals nationwide as a basis for credit decisions, real estate sales, inheritance disputes and foreclosures. With already five locations in Hanover, Berlin, Brilon, Dresden and Braunschweig, our company is constantly expanding.
In order to be able to support our customers with high quality in the future, we are looking for an appraiser who would like to take on new challenges and set up and expand one of our branches with a small, committed team on site.

Your tasks: You will prepare traffic, market and mortgage lending value reports. You work closely with the management.

Your profile: You preferably have a qualification as an architect, civil engineer, surveyor or business economist and have several years of experience in valuation. A qualification e.g. B. Certification (HypZert F) or public Order is required.
You are friendly, communicative and have a confident demeanor.
